Half board
For guests with pre-booked Half Board
Guests who have reserved the Half Board in advance may cancel individual meal days directly on site. The cancellation always applies to all persons staying in the same room. It must be made at least 24 hours in advance at the reception; the current applicable daily rate will then be deducted from the guest’s invoice. Partial cancellations, such as cancelling only lunch or only dinner, are not possible. However, if a guest decides to come for lunch on a cancelled day, the current applicable lunch rate will be charged.
For guests booked with breakfast only
Guests who have booked their stay with breakfast only may add additional meal services at any time during their stay – either for the entire stay or only for selected days. The Half Board with lunch and dinner will be charged at the current applicable rate per person and day. If a guest wishes to add only a lunch, it will be charged at the current applicable rate as well.
These guidelines apply exclusively to guests who have booked their stay directly with us.
